Louis Vuitton Foundation for Creation — new museum in Paris

Louis Vuitton Foundation for Creation (Fondation Louis-Vuitton pour la création) – a new modern art museum in Paris that will open its doors  to all lovers of art in autumn 2014.

About 150 million Euro was spent on the construction of this ultra-modern museum and it will be one of the biggest exhibition places in Paris. The architect of the project, Frank Gehry, is known for his work on the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao in Spain.

The surface of the museum is 12 thousand square meters, and it has 11 galleries and a large conference hall.

Louis Vuitton Foundation for Creation is located in Jardin d’Acclimatation (the nothern part of Le bois de Boulogne). Address: 8 Avenue du Mahatma Gandhi, 75116 Paris.
