The world’s largest salon of luxury watches will be opened in Paris

The world’s largest salon of luxury watches of elite brands will be opened in Paris this year. The place of its location is the center of Paris – the second district – on Boulevard des Capucines.

The salon will be opened by a Swiss company Bucherer which was founded in 1888 and now has 26 stores in France, Germany and Switzerland.

The area of about two thousand square meters will offer chronometers of such famous brands like Baume & Mercier, Breitling, Chopard, Gucci, Longines, Piaget, Rolex, TAG Heuer and others.

Bucherer is preparing to open a new shop which undoubtedly will be very popular among buyers from around the world. And meantime, visitors of Paris can find on Boulevard des Capucines many other interesting sights. Each of the houses on this shady boulevard is a witness of the brightest pages in the history of the city.

For example, the first public cinema show in the world was organized by Lumiere brothers at the house number 14 in 1895.

In the building № 28 you’ll find the concert hall “Olympia” – the oldest concert hall in Paris and, of course, one of the most popular not only among the Parisians, but also among tourists.

Nearby there is the famous Parisian cafe – Cafe de la Paix – whose terrace remembers Oscar Wilde, Guy de Maupassant, Emile Zola.
