This fully furnished studio (22 m²) is situated on a quiet street in the 9th district of Paris, next to Eglise de la Trinité and Eglise Notre-Dame de Lorette. It is easy to go up to the Montmartre area and to go down to the Opera and the Louvre.

The studio is situated on the ground floor. It has a tiny hall, an open kitchen with all necessary equipment and a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin. The bunk (two level) bed provides sleeping places up to 3 adults. An extra single bed can be made out of a chair bed.

The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

In the kitchen there is a sink, two electric hotplates, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, a steamer, a fridge-freezer, crockery, pans and all kitchen utensils.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Local entertainment life is presented by a couple of cinemas and famous French theaters like Petit Théâtre de Paris, Théâtre de l’Oeuvre, La Grande Comédie and Théâtre Mogador.
