The apartment on the  4th floor (right side), 40 m2, windows on street and courtyard.

This flat is an accommodation of 40 m² completely renovated in June 2015 and equipped, located in an old building dating from 1880. It is a traditional typical building of old Paris, built with wood beams and plaster.

It is ideally located in the very center of Paris, you can access to all services and to the most historic monuments in 10 minutes by foot. The sector very well attended.

The flat has a friendly restoration with traditional materials: antique terracotta floor tiles, walls and ceilings redone in plaster of Paris.

Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to cook (electric plates four fires), living room-dining room.

In the flat :

One bedroom is in a separate room, overlooking a quiet courtyard with double glazed window with a small library and storage for clothes. As you saw there is a double bed futon in top quality natural cotton. It is a firm sleeping on a slatted frame.

There is a possibility of an extra bed ( folding bed) for the third person.

Bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub, equipped with storage.

Windows: 2 double glazed windows facing the street, with double curtains: outdoor/indoor.

Fans provided in the summer. Big radiator for winter.

Access: The flat is on the fourth floor without a lift, but we can help you up your luggage. We live in the same building, so we can welcome you, at any time.

WI-FI: You have an internet connexion free unlimited and high speed.

This apartment is perfect to relax and have dinner after your future escapades in the surroundings!

 The entire housing of 40 m² is accessible.

We live in the same building. We can welcome you at any time of day or evening, on the day of your arrival and we can store your luggage on your day of departure so that you can enjoy the time, without the stress of luggage. Throughout your stay, you can ask us for advice or questions.

No special remarks. If you need to print tickets to go for a visit or an advice on a visit, we are at your disposal.

Surroundings

It is a very lively area in central Paris. It corresponds to the old part of the district the HALLES (the STOMACH of PARIS) which has been entirely renovated as a COMMERCIAL center. However, here remains a very large number of small restaurants and small food shops open very late at night, as well as specialised shops in catering equipment.

It is a very lively and very trendy, you'll love to go discovering in the narrow streets and enjoy a refreshing drink in the shade of trees along the street Montmartre.

In addition, in July you can enjoy the discounts on clothes and shoes!

It is a very safe neighbourhood. There are no problems at night.
