The largest in France and one of the largest in Europe, the skating-rink will start its work before the Christmas holidays. Huge space for ice-skating will be organized under the glass dome of the Grand Palais in Paris.
The opening will take place on the 13th of December, and this unique ice skating rink will be available until the 6th of January, 2013.
And two days after the opening of the skating-rink at the Grand Palace on December, 15 the ice rink on the first floor of the Eiffel tower will wait lovers of skating. The area of this rink is about 200 square meters, and up to 80 figure skaters can be on the ice at the same time.
During skating at a height of 57 meters you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of Paris. Bright images, projected on the ice witn special interactive systems, will add this entertainment perfectly. The pictures will change depending on movements of the skaters.
And, of course, here in one of the most famous architectural structures of the world you can visit popular Parisian restaurants, cafes and shops.
The skating rink on the Eiffel tower will work for the Parisians and visitors of the city until the end of January every day from 10.30 am to 10.30 pm. The entrance is free. Please, note that visitation to the rink with your own skates is not allowed.
