Paris Real Estate 2013: Market Trends

Paris real estate prices stabilized last autumn a bit. However, it is not clear if it’s the end of a slight decrease in prices which was observed last year.
As for the rent, prices declined by almost 1.5% in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. At the same time, they continued to grow in some other districts.Thus, in the 2nd arrondissement the price increased by 4% and became nearly 35 Euro per square meter.
Prices per square meter for sale grew strongly in the prestigious 16th district of Paris. A slight decrease was observed in the 5th district ( -1.22 %).
